Black and White Shirt and Skirt | Winter Fashion

Hi guys so now November is in full swing I am loving the wintery fashion. One outfit that I have been loving in particular is a simple patterned shirt paired with a tight skirt. There's something about this outfit that screams winter to me; I don't know if it's the monochrome tone of the outfit or just wearing long sleeves in winter but I love it. You can also easily throw a cardigan or a coat over this and it still looks really nice. You can also switch out the tight skirt for a more skater style one or wear just simple low rise jeans which i've don't both multiple times. I just think a patterned long sleeve shirt is a staple for winter and can be worn many ways.

Fireworks | Autumn Traditions

Hi guys so I don't know about you but theres somethings about fireworks that makes them truly mesmerising to me. Seen as it's bonfire night tomorrow I just thought I'd do a quick little post of the fireworks that were in my town in September at my yearly town fair. I am also going to more fireworks tomorrow because I love them so much. The bright colours and the amazing photography that comes with fireworks makes my love them. I'm glad that I got to capture these fireworks way back in September as it was an amazing display full of vibrant colours and basically my entire town came out to see them.

So I hope you all enjoyed todays quick and colourful blogpost.

Autumn ASOS Wishlist

Hi guys so today I thought I'd share my ASOS wish list with you all for the autumn time; earlier I was just browsing ASOS and I noticed a few pieces I fell in love with that were completely my style and I few that I loved that were a real change in style.

Starting form the top left and working my way across and then down. I fist saw this white blouse that looks stunning, I am really in love with white blouses at the mixture. I actually just ordered another white blouse from ASOS that will be seen in a blogpost soon. I also fell in love with the A- lined skirt that the blouse was paired with they just work so well together. Then I saw this black and white jumper with a reindeer print on it. You honestly can't have too many christmas esc patterned jumpers for the autumn time they're just amazing I have quite a few. Next I saw something that was a little out of my comfort zone but I'm all up for trying and that is patterned trousers. I think I have one pair of patterned leggings and I do quite like them I just find it hard to find tops that match. But these trousers are a lovely burgundy colour which is the main colour I wear during autumn. Probably my most wanted item out of all the above is a fur lined denim jacket and I've been looking for one forever that is the perfect length and wash and I think I've found it. I love how it's not cropped like most denim jackets and the wash on it is perfect.

Now onto the second row starting on the left. I yet again found a christmas esc patterned jumper. However this time with a little colour in it and I just think the blues and pinks compliment each other really well within this jumper. Next is a rather predictable piece from me as it is a shirt but the pattern is so different than any I have. I don't own any floral shirts and I think the pattern on this is perfect for autumn and I'd love to try out that pattern on a shirt. When it comes to autumn I love wearing scarfs and all the time I love to get big cosy ones and when I saw this tan scarf I thought it'd look so pretty with a coat I already own I just might have to order it sometime soon. Finally my last pick for autumn from ASOS was this turquoise high roll neck jumper. I don't think I own anything high neck or turquoise so I think it would look so cute in autumn with high waisted jeans and boots.

So I hope you all enjoyed todays blogpost.
Love you all...

High End Favourites

Hi guys so today I am going to be talking all about my high end favourites which is rather exciting as usually I mainly talk about drugstore things but today I thought I'd try something a little different. It's safe to say that I do love my high end products and I reach for them on a almost daily basis and I have many favourites.

Urban Decay Naked Pallets-
It's safe to say that my holy grail high end product if the Urban Decay Naked Pallets. I have the first and the third one and I'm hoping to get the second for christmas. I certainly reach for Naked 1 the most out of the two and it is my all time favourite palette but both have amazing pigmentation and they're very easily blended and work really with under cream eyeshadows. I honestly couldn't live without these.

Bare Minerals Skinny Dip Bronzer-
I always find myself going back to this bronzer and loving it. It is slightly more orange toned than other bronzers but it never looks awful. It just gives a really nice natural bronzed look to the face. You can't contour with this as it isn't that ashy toned but it works beautifully as a bronzer. Also as I said I always go back to this and right now I am in a benefit Hoola stage but I used this today and I fell in love all over again if they ever discontinue this I'd cry for ages that's how much I love it!

Benefit Hoola Bronzer-
As I said above I'm currently in a Benefit Hoola stage where for the past 2 weeks or so Hoola is the only bronzer I've been using. I've rarely reached for any other bronzer because it just ticks all the boxes for me. It has a very ashy cool toned pigment unlike any of my other bronzers which make it perfect as a contour shade. It is also good for all round bronzing. Also on days when I can't be bothered with eyeshadow but I want something on my eyes I've just been running Hoola through my crease to give a little bit of extra definition.

MAC Peach Blossom lipstick-
I've talked about this lipstick many times over and over on my blog this current year and that's because it's just amazing. It wears really nice and applies really nice, the colour is really pretty and overall it's just a lovely product that's a staple for me.

So I hope you all enjoyed todays blogpost.

Baby Skin VS Professional

Hi guys so today I have a very exciting blog post as these two primers are said to be very similar and everyone on Instagram always asks me which I prefer and which i'd recommend so I just thought I'd write a little blogpost on it.

Baby Skin- Maybelline
So the baby skin from Maybelline is the cheaper alternative of the two primers and I do think that is a very good cheaper alternative to the porefessional as it is silicone based like the porefessional but it is clear in consistency which does help under makeup as it doesn't alter the colour of your complexion when you wear it. Also it does help foundation glide on your skin really well and smooth. I don't notice a large difference in the size of my pores especially round my nose when they are quite large but it does help my foundation glide on better so it lasts a lot longer without sinking into my pores. I would say it has moderate staying power it doesn't keep your makeup on all day but when I use it for school I find my makeup still looks okay even when I get home. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for anything more than about 6 hours wear out of a primer.

Porefessional- Benefit
The porefessional is the more expensive version of the two. But right now I just have a mini size but I have had the full size version and it is exactly the same, I do this primer when I want my makeup to stay on that bit longer so I wear this on an evening if i go out (not that it happens much). I did wear this when I had my dance show during the summer and it stayed on both nights of my show through everything which is what I like about this primer. It does have a very silicone esc feeling and it has a tint to it which isn't noticeable when you blend it out. Although because i'm very fair is I use too much I can notice it.

All in all I adore both primers and I think that they are both worth the price they are it is just down to someones personal preference. But if you don't want to pay out for the porefessional then the Baby Skin is just as good.
So I hope you all enjoyed todays post.

Cosy Layers for Autumn

Hi guys sorry it's been so long since I've posted on here school as been so so hectic at the minute with tests and with it being year 11 everything is just generally busy. However today I'm back and I'm going to tell you all about my favourite outfit for the autumn time right now. So I recently found this mustard coloured jumper at H&M and I fell in love with it. It's so gorgeous and it goes with absolutely everything. I then paired it with a collared shirt also from H&M and you can just see the bird print through it very faintly. I then threw on a jacket and a basic pair of denim jeans and my outfit is complete it's such a simple and cosy outfit for the autumn season.

Kiko Skin Tone Corrective Primer Review

`

Hi guys so today is going to be a review of a new primer I recently purchased and it's the Kiko skin tone corrective primer in peach. I got this n the Kiko Leeds store when they were having a huge sale and it was on a reduced price so I thought i'd pick it up and try it. This is also one of my first Kiko products so i'm very excited to try it out.

I didn't know what to think when I tried this primer but after trying it for a week or so I can definitely tell a difference of how my skin looks under my foundation as it looks a lot more even especially where I get redness around my nose but this just evens it all out and makes my skin look a lot healthier. I can't say it makes a difference with the time that my foundation stays on for I find that it stays on for the usual amount of time that's around 6 hours ish before my foundation starts to now look its best. However I do see that my skin still looks really even because of the primer. I do find that it smooths out my skin and it does let my foundation go on a lot smoother and it becomes easier to bend out. Also spots are easier to cover up as it adds a smooth surface on top of the spot. I would highly recommend this primer to anyone looking for a smoothing primer that makes your skin look more even because of the colour correcting properties it has in it, also as it is peach toned you can put a very small amount under your eyes very lightly to counteract the dark circles under your eyes before you put foundation on.

So I hope you all enjoyed todays blogpost let me know if you've tired this primer or if you want to try it in the future.
Love you all...
